Regulatory intelligence & compliance automation

The world of regulation
never stops changing.

Regulane turns regulatory change into actionable intelligence. It polls 214 primary sources continuously, resolves every publication against your jurisdictions, entities and controls, and hands you only what you actually have to act on — with the clause it came from attached.

14-day trial on every plan, no card. Priced per workspace — never per seat.

The problem isn't finding regulations. It's knowing which ones matter.

A mid-size financial services firm is in scope for eleven regulators. Between them they publish something every forty minutes. Almost none of it applies. Relevance is subtraction, not addition — and Regulane keeps the count of what it removed on screen, so you can see the filtering rather than trust it.

From publication to owner

Four stages, running continuously, each handing off to the next with evidence attached.

Step 01

Collect

214 primary sources polled continuously — regulators including RBI, SEBI, SEC and FCA. No aggregators, no summaries of summaries.

Step 02

Resolve

Each publication is matched against your jurisdictions, your legal entities and your control set, so what survives is genuinely in scope.

Step 03

Rank

Impact scored 0–100 from exposure, control coverage and time to the effective date. Critical is 82–100, elevated 45–81, monitor 15–44, cleared below that.

Step 04

Act

Every material change leaves with an owner, a due date and a cited source — not a line in a weekly digest.

Five questions, answered from the source text

Open any change and the intelligence panel answers the same five questions, each citing the clause it came from.

  • What changed?
  • Why does it matter?
  • Who is affected?
  • When does it apply?
  • What should we do?

Alongside it: an impact graph that traces a publication through regulator, regulation, industry and function to the action and its owner; a regulatory radar where angle is the regulator and radius is time until the change takes effect, so the centre is what is imminent; and a live feed carrying the timestamp, the finding, the clause and where it went next.

The operational half: evidence, controls, audits

Regulatory intelligence tells you what changed. The platform underneath it collects the evidence, monitors the controls and gets you through the audit.

ISO 27001:2022

All 93 Annex A controls plus the clause 4–10 management system requirements, loaded into every workspace on day one.

SOC 2 Type I & II

Evidence collection and control mapping for trust services audits.

GDPR

Data privacy obligations, consent and individual rights.

DPDP Act 2023

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

PCI DSS 4.0

Payment card industry requirements.

HIPAA

Healthcare data protection, access controls and audit trails.

NIST CSF 2.0

The federal cybersecurity framework.

01

Zero-touch evidence

Around fifty integrations pull evidence straight from AWS, GitHub, Google Workspace and the rest. Nobody screenshots anything.

02

Continuous monitoring

Controls are tested on a schedule, not at audit time. A failing control raises a finding the same hour.

03

Auditor portal

Read-only access to evidence packages and control mappings. No email threads, no zip files.

04

Cross-framework mapping

One control satisfies ISO A.9.1.1, SOC 2 CC6.1 and GDPR Article 32 at once. The evidence is collected once.

One price per workspace. Never per seat.

Compliance only works when everyone is in it, so Intelligence and Enterprise carry no user limit at all. Billed in INR; annual billing gives two months free.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the regulatory data come from?▼
214 primary sources, polled continuously — the regulators themselves, not aggregators or third-party summaries. A change is detected within minutes of publication rather than on a weekly digest.
How do I know a finding actually applies to us?▼
Every publication is resolved against your jurisdictions, your entities and your control set before it reaches you, and the count of what was filtered out stays visible. Each answer in the intelligence panel cites the clause it was drawn from, so you can check it against the source.
Which frameworks are supported?▼
ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type I and II, GDPR, India's DPDP Act 2023, PCI DSS 4.0, HIPAA and NIST CSF 2.0. Controls are cross-mapped, so evidence collected once can satisfy the equivalent control in several frameworks.
Can auditors access it directly?▼
Yes — there is a read-only auditor portal onto the evidence packages and control mappings, so the exchange does not happen over email attachments.
Is it charged per user?▼
No. Pricing is per workspace. Monitor allows up to 25 members; Intelligence and Enterprise have no user limit, because charging for the twenty-sixth employee would mean charging you to keep your own training and attestation records complete.
Can we get our data out?▼
Registers and reports export to PDF and CSV whenever you want them. Records are scoped per customer and checked on each request, documents are held privately and reached through short-lived links, and each read is logged.
