What we are
Mallah Software Services Private Limited, CIN U62011MH2026PTC475385, is a company incorporated in India on 5 September 2026 whose business is writing software. It holds no licence, registration or enrolment to practise law, accountancy or company secretaryship, and it does not claim one.
Nobody at this company is acting as your advocate, your auditor or your company secretary when you use our products, and no professional or fiduciary relationship is created by buying a subscription. There is no privilege attached to anything you put into our software.
What that means product by product
| Product | What it gives you | What it is not |
|---|---|---|
| Lawzer | The standing statutory position, modelled per entity, with the section or rule cited on every obligation and the penalty working shown next to the figure | Not legal, tax or secretarial advice; not a filing service; not a determination that a rule does or does not apply to you. Every date is a planning estimate. |
| Regulane | Detection and scoring of regulatory change, and evidence collected against your controls | Not an opinion on whether a change binds you, and not a substitute for your own adviser reading the circular. |
| CertNotify | Findings from what it can observe, ranked, with a remediation step | Not a security audit, not a penetration test, and not a certification. A clean report is not a warranty that you are secure. |
| MADBOT | Work executed on your website inside the autonomy level and guardrails you set | Not the publisher of what goes live. You are, and you answer for its accuracy and its advertising compliance. |
Statutory dates and penalty figures
Indian statutory law changes constantly, and often at short notice — a CBDT circular, a GST notification, an MCA relaxation, a state amendment to professional tax. We model it carefully and we correct it when it is wrong, but a date in our software reflects the position as we understand it, on the day it was modelled.
Penalty figures are estimates for planning. The working is shown next to the number so you can check it — the per-day rate, the section 403 additional-fee slab, the section 47 cap, the section 201(1A) interest. What an authority actually levies is the authority’s decision, and it may differ.
Confirm a due date or an applicability determination with your own company secretary, chartered accountant or advocate. Our software is built to make that check quick — every rule carries its reference precisely so you can go and read the source — but the check is still yours to make.
No generated legal opinions
We do not use a language model to write you an opinion on a contract, a notice or a statute. Lawzer’s contract-vetting module is a clause checklist plus a professional’s own recorded verdicts; your agreements are not sent to a model, and the software will not invent a position it cannot stand behind. If a feature ever does use a model on your content, it will say so on the screen where it happens, before it runs.
Officer liability stays where the statute puts it
Directors, key managerial personnel and officers in default carry personal liability under the Companies Act, 2013, the Income-tax Act, 1961 and other statutes. Buying software does not move that liability to the software vendor, and no clause we could write would. We say this plainly because compliance products are often sold as though it did.
Third-party content and links
Our sites link to government portals, regulators and our own product sites. We do not control what is on the other end of an external link and we are not responsible for it. Where our software reproduces the text of a statute, a rule or a form, the authoritative version is the one the issuing authority publishes.
Nothing here is an offer of securities
The investor and sponsor material on this website is background information about the company. It is not a prospectus, not an offer or invitation to subscribe for or purchase securities, and not investment advice. Any actual investment would be documented separately and would be subject to the Companies Act, 2013 and, where applicable, SEBI regulation.
If you think something here is wrong
Tell us. A statutory reference that does not match the source, a due date that a practising professional would write down differently, a penalty basis that has been superseded — these are defects and we would rather fix them than defend them. Write to contact@mallahsoftware.com; the clocks on the grievance page apply.
