LEGAL CENTRE
Every document,
in one place.
These are the terms our products are sold on, the disclosures Indian law requires us to publish, and the material a procurement or audit team asks for. Nothing here sits behind a login, and nothing here is drafted to be unreadable.
Who you are dealing with

One person holds the Grievance Officer, data protection and nodal contact roles, which is normal at our size. The Information Technology Rules, 2021 ask for the officer's name; we publish the office rather than an individual’s name, and a complaint sent to the address above reaches a person with authority to decide it.
The agreement
What you accept when you buy from us. These bind both sides.
Data protection
How personal data is handled, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the IT Act.
Statutory disclosures
Published because Indian law requires them to be published.
If something is wrong
Start with us. It is faster, and section 13 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires you to raise a data-protection complaint with us before the Board will take it. If we do not resolve it, these routes are open, and using one will never affect your account or your service.
